May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala bestow His endless mercy and forgiveness upon all of us for the sake of Beloved Rasoolullah (Sallulaho Alaihi Wasallam) and accept every bit of our efforts during the passed blessed month of Ramadan and bless us the opportunity to continue our contemplation ! Ameen

Please remember to fast six days in the current blessed month of Shawaal as advised in Ahadees below.

English Translation Hadith 1: According to Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (R.A.): “Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘If someone keeps the fast of Ramadan, then follows it for six days of Shawwal, it is like lifelong fasting [siyam al-dahr].” Reported by Muslim and al-Tirmidhi (al-Qadri, Al-Minhaj al-Sawi Part-II, Ch.7, Sec. 5:459/47)

Helpful resources for continuity of contemplation:

The blessed month of Ramadan is leaving us but with the glad tidings of virtues of fasting in Shawaal which Insha’Allah should serve as reminder to continue our struggle to please Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala until the last breath of our life. We as Muslims have our faith which requires a continuous commitment to our obligations of both Huqooq-ul-Allah and Huqooq-ul-Ebad.

If someone among us is participating in a Marathon and is not practicing to its needs then we all as true friends will push him to do what is needed for success. However, in the ‘Marathon of Life’ we all are in so we all need to remind and help each other to stay focused until we all win (Insha’Allah). In all our efforts our intentions should be to only gain the pleasure of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. We may have difference in quantity and quality of our efforts but if we keep ourselves united and focused we will Insha’Allah keep getting a push from someone going by on the track and we will all win. May the best of our thoughts reach to all friends and family who share part of our heart. Keep whole Ummah in your prayers.
